The Antidote is a masterpiece of architectural elegance and luxurious design, where minimalism meets Mexican artisanal craftsmanship by local artists. The private saltwater infinity pool, with its breathtaking ocean views, is the ideal spot to watch the sunrise while the soothing sound of waves fills the air with just a 2 minute walk to the ocean.

The amenities are nothing short of world-class. From a fabulous sauna and Peloton to a weight rack and cold plunge, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering excellent local recommendations, and the private housekeeper ensured the villa remained in pristine condition.

The fact that it was a direct flight from Dallas, Texas, made me want to buy a slice of paradise, so beware, you won’t want to leave.

The Ultimate Wellness Retreat 

The calming sounds of the ocean permeate the home, complemented by the songs of beautiful bird species unique to the region. Our days were perfectly balanced: strolling the beach, practicing yoga on the deck, a quick Peloton ride, and capping off the afternoon with a revitalizing sauna and cold plunge session before dinner.

A special note on the staff—they were extremely professional and provided excellent local recommendations, while the private housekeeper kept the villa in pristine condition throughout our stay. We highly highly recommend renting The Antidote and will return soon!

Exquisite Design & Unmatched Location Featuring items sourced from Oaxaca, Mexico City, and regional artisans—from the custom furniture and decor to the bedding—The Antidote provided the most exquisite luxury designer home for our family holiday. From the high-end linens and premium sound system to the various "smart" lighting options and gorgeous ocean views, every detail was perfect. 

Being just a one-minute walk to the beach made this one of our most memorable vacations ever! The villa’s elegant indoor-outdoor living and relaxing atmosphere elevated our stay well beyond our expectations.

Luxury Surf Camp 

We rented this property for Christmas with our family, and our stay at The Antidote could not have been better. The property is a testament to world-class architecture and design and is just 30 minutes from the legendary Barra Cruz surf break.

When not out on the board we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, lounging in our private pool, and watching the sunrise over the ocean from our comfy beds. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff was attentive and accommodating. We will be back.

The ocean view from this luxury property showcases a stunning horizon to watch the sunrise and  moonrise over the ocean and stargazing in the evenings in the upstairs lounge is breathtaking. The Antidote exceeded all expectations and is truly a five-star oasis.
